I call Worcester home with my musical hubby Matt and our three fur-tastic furballs: Colin, Bonnie, and Jeff. They’re the mischievous trio of cat siblings who are spoiled silly and keep us on our toes. Can’t help but love those little rascals!
Makeup artistry was an obvious next step for this beauty-loving creative! Let’s be real, I’m a total skincare nerd too. Nothing fills my heart more than diving into a fabulous makeup session and helping women discover their inner beauty queen!
About Kay Louise Makeup Artist, where it all began!
After bidding farewell to school, I dove headfirst into the catering world, but let’s just say it didn’t exactly tickle my fancy. It wasn’t until I found myself working in a popular high street health and beauty store that my inner sparkle finally shone through! So, in 2011, I dusted off my backpack and headed back to college to retrain. I finally embraced my true calling in makeup and beauty and wow, it felt like a breath of fresh, fabulous air!
Why Weddings…
I stumbled into the world of weddings by pure accident! Seriously, straight out of college, I thought I’d be crafting creepy special effects for films or bringing characters to life on stage. But here I am, flipping the script in the beauty makeup scene! Now, I get to sprinkle a little magic on people’s faces, helping them look and feel absolutely fabulous on their big days.

With bridal makeup taking center stage, I’ve had the absolute pleasure of glamorising hundreds of brides and their maids over the last decade. I’m head-over-heels for everything about wedding days, and trust me, yours will be no exception!

Skincare is an absolute must! Trust me, as someone who’s danced with a long-term skin condition, I know firsthand how vital it is to pamper that precious skin of yours.
Back in middle school, I was the main character in a blush-inducing comedy, thanks to my rosy cheeks! Little did I realise, I was just getting cosy with my unwelcome friend, Rosacea. I wrestled with its symptoms for years, and it took until my mid-twenties to finally get a diagnosis from my Doc.
As I dove into the world of skin care, I discovered nifty makeup tricks to hide that fierce redness and keep the inflammation on a tight leash. I became a skincare warrior, ready to tackle my condition head-on. Now, I’m itching to help others conquer their skin concerns and feel fabulous in their own skin!
