Ageing is natural.
Blog six in my skincare tips series covers MATURE SKIN. In this blog post I am covering ageing skin types. Ageing is a natural process that is inevitable and happens to us all. We cannot stop it or avoid it but we can learn to embrace the process.
What are the signs?
The loss of elastic tissue (Elastin and Collagen) in the skin with age causes the skin to hang loosely and it can become more transparent as we get older. This is caused by the thinning of the epidermis (the surface layer of the skin). The skin becomes more fragile as we get older.

I bring you Blog Two in this skincare series and this covers skincare tips for COMBINATION SKIN. To put it simply, this skin type is a mixture of oily and normal or drier areas on the face. - Excessive oil on nose, forehead and chin
- Prone to breakouts where oil production is found
- In a constant battle with the T-Zone (forehead, nose and chin)
